The digitization of smart buildings and industrial facilities also requires a secure and robust wireless network standard for all IoT applications. The IP500 Alliance and its partners will present their fully interoperable wireless IoT standard at BIM World. Among other things, this enables building automation applications in both the design and retrofit phases, which can lead to reduced energy consumption, increased security or comfort in commercial buildings or industrial facilities.
