Management system
MICROSENS maintains a management system certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
The aim of the management system is to ensure the quality of our products and processes. Our management system also contains rules and guidelines designed to ensure the legal conformity of our business activities and compliance with internal rules and principles.
Code of Conduct
MICROSENS has committed itself to responsible corporate governance with a "Code of Conduct". It is a code of conduct of the Zech Group that is based on the internationally recognized standards for responsible corporate management in the areas of "Environment, Social and Governance" (ESG for short).
It is part of the contracts with business partners in our supply chains and regulates the mutual rights and obligations for a responsible, sustainable and cooperative business relationship.
Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
The law aims to identify and avoid human rights and environmental risks in the supply chain. We are not yet directly affected by the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, which came into force on January 1, 2023. It has only applied to companies with more than 1,000 employees since 2024. However, on the one hand, we are fulfilling our obligations to cooperate that arise from our membership of the Zech Group. On the other hand, we have also committed ourselves to the objectives of the law through our Code of Conduct.
Export Compliance
The fulfillment of legal requirements in international business transactions is regulated in the procedures and work instructions of our management system.
We provide our employees with regular further training.
We operate a professional, external service in order to meet the requirement for continuous monitoring of our business relationships.
We are regularly inspected by customs for compliance with export laws.
Work safety & Health protection
Significant parts of our value creation take place in Germany and the EU and are therefore subject to extensive regulatory requirements to ensure occupational health and safety. In order to meet these requirements at all times, we employ a professional occupational safety officer and other internal safety specialists in the company divisions.
Sustainability
As a developer and manufacturer of electronic devices, MICROSENS has decided to act sustainably, taking into account environmental aspects, social aspects of employees (including in the supply chain) and aspects of responsible, legally compliant corporate governance. We base our actions on the Code of Conduct (CoC), a code of our parent company, the ZECH Group. We have implemented extensive measures on the subject of sustainability.

Information or complaints under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act can also be submitted anonymously via the following contact and reporting portal on this website if desired. However, in the case of anonymous reports or complaints, no contact can be made with the person making the report. This can make it considerably more difficult to investigate the complaint or report. It is also not possible to contact the person making the complaint as required by law and thus to provide information on the status of the procedure.
