Customer satisfaction analysis survey Purpose, form and scope of data collection and processing: We would like to inform you that your personal data will be collected and processed as part of our customer satisfaction analysis. The purpose of this data collection is to obtain your feedback on our products and services and to continuously improve our services. Please note - we evaluate your data in a personalised manner for internal analysis purposes in order to improve our products and services. The data relating to customer satisfaction is stored for as long as it is required for analysis purposes, for a maximum of 12 months. Beyond this, your data will only be available to us in anonymised form. The data collection is based on information provided by you and collected during your participation in this survey. The data is processed on the basis of your consent. The legal basis in this regard is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You have the right to withdraw your consent or object to the storage of your data at any time. In the event of an objection or cancellation, your data will be deleted.
