Opis

SFP Transceivers (Small FormFactor Pluggable) have become indispensable components in today's transmission and network technology.

Due to its standardized design (MSA) and as a flexibly exchangeable optical component, the SFP offers great advantages in the dynamic network world.

Especially starting from Gigabit bandwidth (1.25GBit/s) devices with integrated SC or ST optics are rarely available on the market. Mostly and especially in the central area, the SFP is very popular due to its compactness and flexibility. A typical Gigabit application is mainly operated centrally with SFP.

SFP transceivers with DDM function (Digital Diagnostics Monitoring) can display the optical parameters.

At MICROSENS all versions of the Gigabit SFP are used in all device types.

MICROSENS Gigabit Ethernet SFPs are available as in multimode, single mode with different power budgets from 10km (1310nm) to 120km (1550nm) as well as in the simplex variant. All SFPs have optional DDM and are also available with an extended operating temperature range for use in passively cooled components.
