28-Port 10GbE Industrial Switch 19" PoE+

With the Profi Line 10G Ruggedized Switch MICROSENS enters the field of 10G industrial switches.

With its 28 ports (4x 10GBase-X SFP+ slots, 24x 10/100/1000Base-T PoE+ ports according to IEEE 802.3at) this switch is suitable for larger units in industrial environments and for in-house use as well. With its scalable broadband connection, it offers high performance and maximum availability of applications. The hardened design enables reliable operation in a temperature range of -40 to +75 °C.

It can be used in a wide range of applications, from control cabinets on roadsides to false floors in offices. As an active consolidation point, it forms economical network structures for open-plan offices based on the MICROSENS Fiber To The Office concept. The new switch is also an ideal solution for control rooms, in monitoring environments or in training rooms.

Robust design and convenient handling

The switch has a robust and compact metal housing. Due to its small installation depth, it can be placed easily accessible in the switch cabinet, in the false ceiling or in the false floor. To simplify cabling, all connections are located on the front. The 19" switch is an interesting solution especially for small dispatches.

Fanless and extremely reliable

The Profi Line Rack Switch is designed for highest availability with shortest recovery times. Network redundancies can be established both via the SFP+ ports and via the copper connections. A special ring redundancy mechanism detects the failure of a network node or the interruption of the line in the event of a fault and automatically reconfigures the network within milliseconds. In addition, monitoring via secure management protocols is possible.

The new Profi Line Rack features 24x 10/100/1000T copper ports that also support PoE/PoE+. The maximum switch output power is 420 W. Four Dual Speed 10G/1G SFP+ or SFP connectors are available as uplinks. The fiber optic connection is made via special transceivers with an extended temperature range.
