MICROSENS - Profi Line X

The new Profi Line X - 10G Industrial Ethernet Switches from MICROSENS set new standards in terms of performance and flexibility. With improved data rates, innovative features and enormous performance, they are ideal for current and future industrial requirements.

Our Profi Line X switches offer:

2 uplink ports with 10 Gigabit per second, for maximum bandwidth and high transmission rates.
2 combo ports with 1/2.5/5/10 Gigabit per second and PoE++ with 90 watts of power for the integration of demanding end devices.
12 downlink ports with 1 gigabit per second each and PoE+ with 30 watts for versatile applications.

This powerful combination makes the new switches the ideal choice for demanding applications such as video surveillance, high-speed WLANs and LED lighting.

Maximum flexibility and future-proofing: thanks to integrated layer 3 routing, additional routers are no longer required and the modern USB-C console port makes it easier to manage and connect peripheral devices. With the extended temperature range of -40 °C to +75 °C and the fanless design, the Profi Line X switches can be used reliably even under the harshest outdoor conditions.

Applications

PLX in Detail

1. Gigabit PoE+ port
12x 10/100/1000Base-T PoE+ PSE ports (802.3at) for connecting and powering connected devices, e.g. WLAN access points, IP cameras, sensors, etc.

2. 10G Combo Ports
2x 1/10GBase-X SFP/SFP+ slots or 2x 1/2.5/5/10GBase-T PoE++ PSE ports (802.3bt, 90W) Combo

3. 10G SFP+ ports
2x 1/10GBase-X SFP/SFP+ slots

4. Switching contact (2x) / digital input (2x)
Galvanically isolated switching output, e.g. as alarm contact. Galvanically isolated input, e.g. for cabinet monitoring. Function configurable via the switch management.

5. Console port (USB-C)
Serial (RS-232) terminal port for access to the command line interface (outband management), including device server functionality.

7. Industrial SD card slot
For the optional use of an industrial SD card that duplicates the configuration and firmware

8. Reset / Factory reset buttons
Reset button for restarting the device, factory button for resetting the device to factory settings (can be deactivated)

9. LED display
Clear display of all cross-device functions: Power supply status, system status, redundant rings, I/O ports.

10. Power supply
For uninterruptible power supply from two separate power sources. Status is monitored by management. Wide-range input for operation with 24 and 48/54 VDC (PoE).
