Description

With the 10G Desktop Media Converter MICROSENS covers the product portfolio of media converters up to 10G Ethernet. This converter is used for the conversion from TP to FO and can support the following standards

- Gigabit Ethernet (1000Base-T / 1000Base-X)

- 2.5G Ethernet (2.5GBase-T / 2.5GBase-X)

- 5G Ethernet (5GBase-T / 5GBase-R)

- 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10G-Base-T / 10GBase-R)

The copper interface is designed in RJ-45 format, the media converter has an SFP or SFP+ slot on the fiber-optic side, which is equipped with a suitable SFP or SFP+ transceiver. This allows a cost-efficient connection and implementation in the multimode range, but also single mode up to xWDM.

A 230 V AC power plug is included in the scope of delivery, optionally the device can also be powered with power via USB (5V) using a suitable cable. A voltage input range of 5..12 V DC also provides the option of supplying the device with an existing 12 V DC voltage source.
