Description

The high-performance 28-port Gigabit Ethernet switch is specially designed for use in networks in which Power-over-Ethernet functionality is used. All 24 10/100/1000Base-T copper ports offer PoE according to IEEE802.3af and IEEE802.3at standards.

This allows end devices connected to the network port to be supplied with a power of up to 30 W per port cost-effectively and without additional cabling. The total power output of the switch is up to 370 W.

The 28 port switch has 4x 100/1000X ports. This enables a direct connection to a GBE fiber optic backbone via standard SFP transceivers. Switches located further away can be cascaded via fiber optic cables.

All network ports are accessible from the front of the device, making patching much easier. The switch is equipped with an integrated smart management (via web browser). In addition, the status information can be read out via SNMP. The GBE switch also supports a wide range of functions such as QoS, VLANs, STP/RSTP, loop protection, IGMP snooping, SNMP traps and much more.

The device is powered with 100..230 VAC via a connector on the rear of the device.
